With Document ONE, however, you can customise the system yourself to meet your organisation's specific requirements - or alternatively you can tell us what changes you would like made, and we may incorporate them in the standard product.

Note that if you choose to customise Document ONE yourself, you may compromise your ability to upgrade to the next version.
