Install Database to Facilitate Installation & Upgrading

All of the databases which make up Document ONE are supplied in a single Install database, which contains a simple wizard-like interface to guide your Lotus Notes Administrator through the installation process:

The Systems Administrators Guide explains what the Administrator needs to do before installation commences, and gives step-by-step instructions on the installation process - the whole process usually takes only an hour or two.

And when it comes time to upgrade to a new version of Document ONE, the new database design templates are provided in an updated copy of the Install database, meaning that the upgrade process is both smooth and familiar.

Comprehensive Documentation

Document ONE is supplied with a series of five User Guides. Each User Guide has the same consistent and professional format, including a table of contents, an index, and step-by-step instructions on how to undertake specific tasks:
