Document ONE provides two user interfaces: a Lotus Notes interface and a web browser interface.

Professionally Designed

the menu navigator in document libraries (Notes client interface) Document ONE's user interfaces have been professionally designed to ensure that:

The look and feel is consistent across the entire system;
Users can intuitively undertake most tasks; and
The keyboard can be used for data entry as much as possible.

Notes Client Interface

Web Browser Interface

The web browser interface is designed for users who do not need to undertake any advanced functions in Document ONE:

The web browser interface is similar to the Notes client interface, where possible. There are some differences, e.g. you can drag and drop a file from Windows Explorer into the content section of a document if you are using a web browser.

Note that the web browser version of Document ONE does not include all of the functionality in the Notes client version, for example it does not yet contain the workflow functionality. Please contact us for more details.
